Careers

Finding team members with the right amount of experience and the right kind of experience, who fit in well with the team and adhere to a strict code of ethics is rare. We are always looking for alliances with people and firms where mutually beneficial relationships can be developed.

Careers and Alliances

BullsEye Integration uses seasoned, senior consultants who have a reputation for delivering successful results.

We expect each member of our team to have at least fifteen years experience in their field (each of the founders has over thirty years experience).

We expect each member of our team to contribute expertise that compliments the expertise of the other members of the team. Part of how we differentiate ourselves from other firms is that we have highly experienced consultants in a wide range of complimenting and overlapping disciplines that serve our clients superbly in their transformation journey.

We also expect our team to not only have a reputation for delivering success to clients but also find joy and satisfaction in delivering that success and in working with like-minded colleagues.

We subscribe and adhere to the strict code of ethics as defined by the Institute for Management Consultants (IMC-USA). Each member of our team must subscribe to the code of ethics.

We expect our team members to be what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) kinds of people. Life is too short for hidden agendas.

If you have the right amount and kind of experience; if you have an established reputation for delivering success; if you think you would fit with the team, and if you adhere to the code of ethics, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us a note at careers@bullseyeintegration.com

Deliver  de·liver  (di liv′ər)
transitive verb
To produce the promised, desired, or expected results; to come through.

Some people confuse activity with accomplishment, results, and delivery. BullsEye people deliver.
